His Excellency EBERE UDEAGWU and PRINCE EZE MADUMERE COMMEND THE SUCCESSFUL APC WARD ELECTION TODAY.

Image
The leadership of Apc after deliberations set Saturday 31st July 2021 as the date for ward congress in the nation. That of Imo was embodied with litigations from expunged members of the party during the last elections .  The embattled former Governor Senator Rochas okorocha ,  who is yet to revalidate his membership in the party together with his sympathizers has made frantic efforts to frustrate the  proceedings of the party towards fairness, justice, inclusiveness and equity . The efforts of the charade was grounded when an FCT HIGH COURT dismissed the injunction seeking to halt the congress . Imo party faithfuls vindicated the vision and mandate of Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma who said he would embark on an evangelism of the party in the south east. Party faithfuls in numbers trooped out to validate their membership by getting involved actively in the congress . Which was held peacefully and conducted in fairness , the Chairman Apc ward congress for Imo State HON GODWIN ANAGH

Hope Uzodimma expressed sympathy for the families of those who lost their loved ones during the carnage. "Some of the security operatives paid the supreme sacrifice in the process, some of our people also died in the course of achieving peace. I have already responded on your behalf to assist families to cushion the trauma to their deaths. Our prayer remains that God grants their souls eternal rest.  According to Gov.  IMO STATE MARCHES ON  AN ADDRESS BY THE GOVERNOR, SENATOR HOPE UZODIMMA TO IMO STATE STAKEHOLDERS ON SATURDAY JULY 24, 2021.   Ndi Imo Nwe m, I welcome you all to this all important stakeholders meeting.  This meeting has been shifted two times because of unavoidable circumstances.   I deeply regret the inconveniences most of you suffered, having to reschedule important programmes in order to accommodate this meeting.  Thank you for answering my call.   The Local Government visits to Government House few weeks ago was a great opportunity for me to interact with leaders from the respective local governments across party line and I found the interaction very reassuring about the determination of our people to take our destinies in our hands.   In line with this government’s resolve to be accountable to the people of this state and submit government’s policies and programs for periodic evaluation and validation.  I consider this meeting very critical in defining the tempo and direction o

SEE WHAT APC DID TO ROCHAS OKOROCHA AFTER HIS LOBBY

Image
IMO APC OFFLOADS ROCHAS OKOROCHA  Several indications so far has shown that any moment from now, the Senator representing Imo West and the former Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha will be pitching his tent with the People’s Democratic Party, PDP. This is coming after so many attempts by Okorocha to disintegrate the APC over his selfish and inordinate quest for more power. Okorocha since his failed attempt to foist his son in-law on the party and Imolites in the last general election resulted to activities that can be likened to anti-party which is punishable within the purview of the APC rules and regulations. Back to his state, Imo State, Okorocha was hell bent on hijacking the party structure of which he claims to be the party leader as against the incumbent Governor who has on several occasions extended the olive branch to him. It is now obvious that the banana peels which Okorocha littered in the APC is beginning to drag his legs to the mud as every attempt by him to dislodge

He also thanked them for their ceaseless prayers that resulted in the peace that is being enjoyed once more in Imo State after weeks of security breaches. The Governor spoke at the Government House Chapel yesterday amid a gathering of Imo leaders from the business, political, religious and traditional institution class, who joined him at the day’s Church Service. Governor Uzodimma, who described the Imo leaders as partners in progress not only told them that peace had returned to the state but also thanked them and all Imo people for believing in his leadership. EVERY STATE GOVERNOR IS THE LEADER OF HIS PARTY IN THAT STATE

EVERY STATE GOVERNOR IS THE LEADER OF HIS PARTY IN THAT STATE By Fabian Ihekweme And any former Govern or funding insecurity to destabilise the state he governed should be stoned to death. I wonder what some people take politics to be; a tea party or what? It is high time Senator Rochas Okorocha and his bandwagon apologists understood that power has changed hands.  He governed Imo state for eight uninterrupted years and as we speak, the consequences and effects of his governorship had left a devastating economic ruins which was heavily characterized by monumental looting and embezzlement.  Chief Okorocha, a territorial political chemist and land grabbing specialist, left Imo state in complete shambles and total disorder. Since the inception of Imo state in 1975, we have never witnessed such a brazing mad rush for wealth acquisition and territorial expansion credited to one family at an accumulated swoop of eight years.  As if the eight years was not enough, the self acclaimed former em
