RE: UZODIMMA, IS UKAEGO NOT YOUR SISTER?

 

A malicious and sentimentally-driven content with the headline as referenced above, authored and signed by one Collins Opurozor (who is an unrecognized office assistant to the Imo State Chapter of the opposition party, the PDP) has been in circulation since yesterday with the intent to divert attention and focus from a project they have no stake other than to cause failure on others however, having eluded him of that glory, it's only proper that the record is set appropriately and he be schooled.

Undoubtedly, the opposition party the PDP, are on a deliberate mission to foment, brew, package and dispatch propaganda to be consumed by the public with the sole aim of pitching the people against the Government. Don't get it twisted, it's not about the past but ahead of the 2023 Governorship Election in Imo State. This wild goose chase has reactivated everything unpatriotic from their DNA, including their responsibilities and obligations as an opposition party in order to have a balanced democratic ecosystem. They careless of their contributory impact in the development of the State and her citizenry but always, for selfish aggrandizement.

The recent ordeal on Justice Mary Odili and the husband remains issues with law enforcement agencies and there are approaches to things of the law, not the rascal and careless dropping of words exhibited by the leadership of the opposition party. His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma remains a man of few words and his style of leadership differs from that which the opposition wishes - it is his unique selling point and a nightmare to the opposition. Because they comprehend it not, they become erratic with guess work.

As acknowledged in their piece, the Supreme Court has made a statement in that regard and investigation is ongoing. At any point that His Excellency is required to make an appearance, the Governor remains committed to the wellbeing of Imolites and would not hesitate in making efforts for resolution. 

As a member of the ruling party, His Excellency has exceedingly and judiciously utilized the privilege in repositioning the State and South East in the scheme of central politicking and all that had eluded us in the past, finally getting down to us - an achievement the PDP leadership in Imo State failed to record all these while. Out of astonishment and amazement, they become jittery of their popularity and wish to ignite His Excellency's goodwill.

But then, the opposition should understand that His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma remains focused on his commitment to changing the narratives in Imo State for good and a cheap distraction like this would yield absolutely nothing to the opposition.
