His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma played host to stakeholders of the APC who contributed in no mean way to the success of APC at the just concluded Ngor Okpala State Constituency bye election that saw APC defeat PDP.
Among the stakeholders singled out for special appreciation is Prince Jeff Ukachukwu, a frontline leader of the party in Oru East, Orsu and Orlu Federal Constituency.
It will be recalled that Prince Jeff Ukachukwu was deployed to Ward 10, a critical PDP dominated zone, but Prince Jeff Ukachukwu wrestled the PDP to standstill in their supposed stronghold and secured the vital victory. The Governor who had earlier before the elections recognised the sterling leadership qualities of Prince Jeff Ukachukwu appreciated all the stakeholders pointing out that the victory is a victory for democracy and a confirmation that the shared prosperity government is receiving the support and the admiration of the people.
