SEN. FRANK IBEZIM CARRIES OUT MEDICAL OUTREACH IN OKIGWE LGA

Sen. Frank Ibezim who is representing Imo North Senatorial District in the National Assembly has matched his words with action as the 6-day medical outreach was kick-started today in Okigwe Local Government Area at the designated centers across the local government.
The medical outreach which was carried out simultaneously at Amosu Health Center, Umualumoke Health Center and MCH Health Center all in Okigwe LGA witnessed an influx of men, women and children in their various age groups who were attended to by trained medical personnel in different areas of health as prescribed drugs were given to them free. The medical practitioners took their time to listen and attend to the various health challenges of the people as well as used the opportunity to educate them on healthy living.
The beneficiaries of the free medical outreach from the area couldn’t hide their feelings as they appreciated Sen. Frank Ibezim for delivering on his campaign promises and described the medical outreach as timely, especially for the elderly who may have some underlining sicknesses without adequate resources to seek for medical attention.
The 6-day medical outreach is slated to run from today 1st to Sunday, 6th March, 2022. With Okigwe LGA taking the lead, other LGAs in the zone will follow thereafter, with ihitte uboma being the next in line.
