IMO COALITION FOR JUSTICE AND PEACE HOLDS MEGA RALLY IN OWERRI

Imo Coalition For Justice and Peace has embarked on a peaceful demonstration rally in Owerri, the state capital to reaffirm their support towards the shared prosperity government of Gov. Hope Uzodimma.
The group which marched around the state capital with some associations represented have their banners with different inscriptions as they called on Uche Onyeagocha and his likes to forthwith desist from politicising the state of insecurity in some parts of the state and his incessant attacks on the person of Gov. Hope Uzodimma. The Coalition used the rally as an opportunity to appreciate the state Governor, Sen. Hope Uzodimma for bringing good governance to the state through his numerous people oriented projects and pledged their support in solidarity to him and his government.
Earlier while addressing the mammoth crowd at the Freedom Square, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Special Duties, Hon. Nze Chinasa Nwaneri joined in the call to warn the enemies of the state including desperate politicians like Uche Onyeagocha to play his politics without dragging the Governor into it just to score cheap popularity. He stated that since the bitter oppositions in the state knows that Imo people has rejected them even before going to the polls, like drowning men they are desperately trying to hold unto something for his survival and thinks by engaging in campaign of calumny, Imolites will vote for them
Hon. Nwaneri appreciated the group for coming out boldly to speak against the evil been perpetrated by some wicked politicians in the state and standing strong behind the Governor whom he said is working tirelessly amidst opposition to change the socio-economic landscape of the state.
