Rt. Hon. Henry Nwawuba, a former member of the House of Representatives and Secretary National Assembly Library Trust Fund, has praised Gov. Hope Uzodimma for his transformative leadership and commitment to improving Imo State's road network. During a recent visit, Nwawuba commended the governor's efforts, stating that the road projects have improved mobility, boosted economic growth, and enhanced the quality of life for residents.


The former lawmaker noted that the once dilapidated roads have been replaced with durable, well-constructed routes, facilitating trade, investment, and social integration. He expressed delight over the visible infrastructural renewal taking place across the state, describing the governor's developmental efforts as transformative and result-oriented.


Nwawuba's commendation was made during an unscheduled chat with a friend who was amazed by Imo's new look. He stated that Governor Uzodimma deserves commendation for his efforts in redefining governance through massive road projects and visible transformation across Imo State. The improved infrastructure has positioned Imo as an emerging hub for business and tourism in the South East region.


The lawmaker urged residents and stakeholders to support the governor's developmental agenda, emphasizing the importance of continuity in governance for sustainable progress. He noted that under Governor Uzodimma's leadership, Imo has witnessed a turnaround in critical sectors such as infrastructure, education, and healthcare, adding that the governor's infrastructural drive will remain a defining legacy of his administration.
